Thank you for visiting and shopping at JS Cycle. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

     

  • Depending on your location and the size of the items ordered (such as oversized cycles or appliances), transit times will vary.

     

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control. JS Cycle is not responsible for these carrier delays.

     

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking link and number will typically become active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We require a physical street address for delivery. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • JS Cycle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos of the damage to the item and the box. This will allow us to assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier and arranging a replacement.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier before reaching out to our support team for further investigation.
